Clark Atlanta University

Student Travel Awards

The Center of Excellence in Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development (CCRTD) at Clark Atlanta University will provide 2 travel awards to selected students for travel expenses up to $500.00 per student.  These funds will be reimbursed to students upon submission of receipts at the completion of their travel and can only be used to supplement air travel and/or hotel costs for attending the Symposium. Awards will be made to participants traveling to Atlanta from external cities to attend the Symposium. The selected students will give oral presentations in the “Student Symposium Presentations” session during the Symposium.

Student Poster Competition

The Symposium will feature a national student poster competition with prizes awarded to undergraduate and graduate students presenting research in biomedical sciences. Undergraduate and graduate students from all institutions are invited to present their research findings and compete for these prizes.
