Reservation Procedures 

Reservations can be made on line at the Hyatt Booking Website:
https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=10383713  or by individuals calling the Central Reservations directly at 1-888-421-1442 or 404-577-1234 and referring to the group name of Clark Atlanta University Symposium on Prostate Cancer.  Reservations must be confirmed by February 23, 2013 to receive conference rate of $139.00/night.  Conference rates are valid for March 15, 2013 through March 20, 2013.  

 

Symposium Location

              The Symposium will be held at the Thomas W. Cole, Jr. Research Center for Science and Technology on Clark Atlanta University’s campus. 

 

Parking and Transportation 

 Symposium guests may utilize taxi service or other public transportation to travel from the Atlanta Airport to The Hyatt Regency Atlanta.  Transportation from the hotel to Clark Atlanta University will be provided by CCRTD.  Parking is available on campus at a cost of $5.00/per day at the Clark Atlanta University’s parking deck located on Mildred and Fair Streets.
